WILLIAM A. STEVENS,  PRESIDENT William A. Stevens is the President of Pacific States Utility Company. Mr. Stevens has worked for Pacific States since 1980. Mr. Stevens is a licensed contractor in the state of California and has extensive knowledge covering all aspects of manufactured housing gas and water utility distribution systems and compliance requirements. JAMES R. LIGHT,  VICE PRESIDENT James R. Light earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Redlands in 1987. After college, Mr. Light worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young, a "big-5" public accounting firm, for five years. He worked in the audit department and achieved the position of audit manager prior to leaving. In 1993, Mr. Light became a Vice President of Finance at Pacific States Utility Company. BRIAN K. LIMPERT,  OPERATIONS Brian K. Limpert has worked in the utility industry for the past twenty years. He started at Hood Corporation October 1982 working in the gas division where he was promoted to foreman in May 1983. He continued working at this position and managed many large projects for Southern California Gas Company along with such private projects as NASA Jet propulsion laboratory in Pasadena until 1992 when he was then promoted to General foreman of the Communications Division. Hood Corporation then moved Mr. Limpert to their subsidiary company HCI (Hood Communications Inc) in 1995 where he was promoted to Superintendent. Mr. Limpert was responsible for thirty to fifty cost plus crews and 5 to 10 contract crews and was a Project Manager for the Temecula mall dry utilities infrastructure. In 1999 Mr. Limpert went to work for California Communications as the Division Manager of Substructure until May 2002. Mr. Limpert is now the current Vice President of Underground Construction for Pacific States Utility Company. His duties include scheduling, estimating, customer service and operations.
